About Us



I studied Biokinetics at the University of Pretoria, and after completing my internship, relocated to Cape Town in 2006. Through the years I have developed a keen interest in cardiac rehabilitation, diabetes management and orthopedic rehabilitation.

I completed my Masters in Disability and Rehabilitation through Stellenbosch University in 2019.

I value integrity and honesty and am passionate about people and teaching. I love the body and how it works and living in Cape Town affords me the opportunity to explore this personally and enjoy a wonderful array of outdoor activities.

Through exercise we aim to help you regain a healthy and fulfilling lifestyle, embracing your abilities, learning about your limits and educating you along the way in a fun and safe environment.

Our Programmes



We run programmes focusing on:

  • Cardiac rehabilitation: Helping many people overcome the fear and uncertainty that comes with a heart attack or cardiac-related incident
  • Diabetes management: Using exercises to help manage the diabetes and help in reducing/limiting the risks associated with diabetes
  • As orthopaedic conditions are never isolated, they almost always are treated / covered during the sessions.
  • Joint Health: we aim to help maintain joint health through careful selection of exercises and promoting of proper technique.
  • Orthopaedic rehabilitation of joints or injuries, or prehabilitation if required

Operating Times



Our group sessions are run on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays at the following times:
7:00am, 8:10am, 9:20am, 10:30am, 17:00pm

Evaluations & Individual sessions are done between:
12:00pm & 17:00pm

(All the above group sessions and assessments are 60 mins long, and individual sessions are 45mins in duration)
