I grew up in Pretoria and studied Biokinetics at the University of Pretoria. After completing my internship, I moved down to Cape Town in 2006. I am passionate about people and teaching, and also lecture part-time. I have been involved, specifically in cardiac rehabilitation , and more recently diabetes management for the past 5 years.
Through exercise we aim to help you return to a healthy lifestyle; learning about your limits and educating you along the way in a fun and safe environment. We have helped many people overcome the fear and uncertainty that comes with a heart attack or cardiac-related incident. Exercise can be daunting and not entirely enjoyable for most people, and we've found that exercising in groups not only makes it fun, but also makes it easier to stay healthy! For those who are not "group-people" or require more attention - there is the option of one-on-one sessions.

Our group classes are run on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays at the
7:00am, 8:10am, 9:20am, 10:30am, 17:00pm
Evaluations & Individual sessions are done between:
12:00pm & 17:00pm
(All the above group sessions and assessments are 60 mins long, and individual sessions are 45mins in duration)
