Loreen Winton

Biokineticist

Loreen Winton obtained a Biokinetics degree at the University of Pretoria. Shortly after completing her internship, she relocated to Cape Town in 2006.
In 2019, she completed her Masters in Disability and Rehabilitation at Stellenbosch University, with her research project focusing on Diabetes in the Western Cape.
Throughout her years as a Biokineticist, she has developed a keen, albeit varied, interest in cardiac rehabilitation and diabetes management, Parkinson's and orthopaedic rehabilitation.
Loreen values integrity, honesty and she is passionate about people and teaching. She is particularly fascinated with the body and how it works. Living in Cape Town affords her the opportunity to explore this personally by enjoying a wonderful array of outdoor activities.
Through exercise, Loreen's practice aims to help you regain a healthy and fulfilling lifestyle, embracing your abilities, learning about your limits and educating you along the way in a fun and safe environment.
